Frassino is probably the best apartment of Casale Refoli. Its large living room with two bright entrances, has a large dining table for six comfortable seats. The kitchen is separate room from the living room. Master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The second bathroom with shower is in the corridor.
Surface apartment: 86 sqm. 1 Double bedroom. 1 Bedroom with two single beds or on request one double bed. Mattresses size: double cm 200x170, single cm 190x80. The kitchen is a separate room with marble shelves and all the furnishings (oven, freezer, dishwasher). Floors in "cotto" made by hand, ceilings in the traditional beams of oak. 1st bathroom with shower and double sink. 2nd bathroom with shower, washing machine. Patio of 27 sqm. paved in "cotto" and with furniture for outdoor dining. Free WIFI inside and out side. Independent Heating LPG- GPL on comsumption. This apartment, due to its location and structure, maintains an ideal temperature in summer even without air conditioning.
The property of Casale Refoli, in the municipality of Casole d´Elsa in the province of Siena, is an ancient Tuscan farm restored and transformed into a cozy and comfortable country residence offering 5 completely independent apartments with kitchen for 2-4-6 people. Each apartment has a covered patio reserved for outdoor dining. The rest of the garden and the beautiful swimming pool are available only for guests present. Casale Refoli is located 5 km from the village of Casole d'Elsa, in practice, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the village with restaurants, shops, and all the most important services.
The property is accessed by a country dirt road of about 2.0 km. Road not recommended for sports cars or cars that are too low. Quiet and peaceful Casale Refoli is located in the open countryside in the middle of a marked hiking trail inside the Foresta di Berignone nature reserve and the Tatti park. Area of Community Interest and Special Protection Area of Tuscany where the "Masso delle Fanciulle" is located, a particular rock formation in a suggestive river area.

The little friends of our Guests are welcome provided complying with some simple rules. - Guests, before completing the booking, will communicate type of animal, weight, size. - Send a recent photo of the animal. - However Casale Refoli's owner has the right to determine to accept or not the animal. - Cats or dogs are allowed not more than 1 (less than a very specific exceptions). - Pets allowed must be conducted so as not to cause nuisance, danger or damage to procure other guests and to property of Casale Refoli. If necessary, specific prohibitions may be communicated orally directly from the owner. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is permitted outside, providing not to disturb other people. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Booking Deposit "Caparra Confirmatoria". If, before payment of the balance of the lease (30 days before the holiday), the customer decides to cancel the reservation: 1) CASALE REFOLI in every case will not return the deposit "caparra confirmatoria". 2) Customer can use the deposit for any other reservation (bookings calendar permitting) Cancellations by the Customer. If the customer decides to cancel the reservation between 29 and 16 days before arrival: CASALE REFOLI will not return 80% of the rental agreement. If the customer decides to cancel the reservation 15 days before arrival: CASALE REFOLI will not return 100% of the rental agreement. Note: The Casale Refoli apartments are furnished and decorated in a typically Tuscan style, simple and elegant. Each apartment, according to its layout and size, is unique with common features such as custom-made wooden kitchens (non-industrial) with marble worktops. Household appliances and other items of furniture are common and practical, while some furniture such as tables or wardrobes are old and restored.
The floors are in "cotto" handmade, traditional ceilings with oak beams.
Each apartment has a large private covered Patio, paved in natural terracotta and furnished for outdoor dining.

All our apartments are self catering and have a full kitchen. If required we can provide a list of nearby restaurants recommended by our guests. Not included in the price to be paid on place. _ Minimum Security Deposit: EURO 150 to be paid in cash par apartment at arrival. The deposit will be returned by the owner at the end of the holiday, after the final apartment inspection. Tax of tourist sojourn of Casole d'Elsa village is excluded: 1,00 EUR per person per night. No more than 5 nights. Children under 12 years will not pay. The Sojourn Tax shall apply from 1st April to 31st October. ELECTRICITY * The standard consumption of electricity included in rent of apartment is 4 / KWh per day. Beyond this amount the rate is EUR 1,00 / kWh to be paid in cash at the end of the holiday. In case of loss or damage of the remote control of air conditioner (or other remote controls that are present in the apartment such as the TV, the fans or the entrance gate) the cost to be paid is EUR 100. The independent heating (LPG) consumption is not included: Euro 4.00/ m3 to be paid in cash (example average daily consumption 5-9 EURO). |

I live with my family in Casale Refoli and I work managing the property and welcoming guests. It's a job that I really like. This is the eighth season that Casale Refoli opens its doors to people who come from all over Europe and beyond, to visit to appreciate Tuscany and its beauties. I love Tuscany, I like art and nature. I have traveled in the past, now also standing still I can meet different people from different places.
We spent a wonderful time in this nicely renovated farm. The pool is wonderful and especially the 5 roofs around it under which you can spend very relaxing time protected from the sun. The view on the Tuscanian countryside is wonderful as well and Giovanni is a perfect host. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest I truly recommend this place.
Casale Refoli ist just the most beautiful place you can imagine situated in the middel of Toscany in the country-side. Very nice fully equipped apartment and very nice and friendly owner. The pool is just great with loungers for everybody in the shaddow. We spend 10 days at Casale Refoli (2 adults and 2 kids - 10 and 11 years old) and we just loved it. We will definitely come back to Casale Refoli.
