Hot tubs, workout facility, sauna, basketball and tennis courts. Two restaurants at the resort and Kiva Dunes Golf Course (among the top 100 public courses in the United States) is next door. Unit has one (queen) bedroom, two bunk beds, and a fold out couch with a memory foam mattress. The unit will comfortably sleep six. Washers and dryers are available on the first floor.
Condo door is a punch code entry. Additional key card in condo for entry to indoor pool, sauna, steam room, sauna and workout facility.

We had the best stay at this condo! Ann was great to work with; so accommodating and sweet! The condo was very clean with all new bedding and furniture. It's a very short distance to the beach & pool - maybe a minute/two minute walk at most - you can see the ocean from the balcony! There were even fresh flowers on the table! Ann answered messages very quickly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this condo, and plan to stay here again! Thanks for having us!
