Sunset Paradise is a 17 unit complex with 6 beachfront condos. This Ocean View Gulf front Condo has a master suite with a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed with 2 sets of bunk beds in the third, altogether the condo sleeps 8. A washer and dryer are also there for your comfort.
A full size BBQ grill with 2 tables is located on the lanai by the pool for your grilling and outdoor dining pleasure. The full size kitchen with a view of the gulf is stocked with all that you may require including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and George Forman grill. The dining table seats eight with 4 barstools at the counter.
We have two covered parking spaces by the elevator which takes you up to the 3rd floor. We are located on the 3rd floor which means no one above us!!
The condo is just steps away from fishing, movie theatre, restaurants, shopping and museums.
The vacation rental rates of this exclusive condo are $1500 per week.
