Daily cleaning fees from $42.00 & up, depending on cleaning Company charges.

If you stay in the condo beyond the check-out time of 11 AM or if damages are reported after 12 hours of arrival,
you will forfeit your security deposit for whatever the reasons and/or pay an additional day.
If your plane leaves at 10 PM and you stay after 11 a.m., you will need to pay an additional day, which will be deducted from your SECURITY. Damages can include breaking the mechanism in the sleeper sofa ($750).

What a condo!!! A view to die for! The new fridge and stove are magnificent, as well as the new appliances, towels, etc. The condo is roomy and very very clean. The hand carved bed is very unique. I enjoyed the hand scrubbed bathroom. Very comfortable sofas. Incidentally, the owner was easy to deal with, with easy access to book. The grounds are well kept. Excellent is the olympic heated swimming pool. I enjoyed the oceanfront lounging chairs as well as the tennis court and rotisseries. There’s plenty of parking. Anyone renting this condo will be very happy and have found a DIAMOND on Kaanapali Beach.
Perfect place for the three of us to catch up on family time. We had fun just sitting around the condo as we did doing anything else. Beautiful and peaceful place. Very relaxing,
Amazing views with lots of whales. Very uniquely decorated, but a tad bit cluttered. New appliances were nice and everything you need in a kitchen was there. Some of the condo is outdated, but I believe it is priced accordingly. A very quiet complex in a great location. Not as kid friendly as some of the adjacent complexes however the sacrifice was worth it to be ocean front top floor with killer views and a lot of privacy. I do recommend this unit and Peter was very accommodating.
Great location and view. There were boogie boards and beach chairs which was great. Cabinets and drawers are falling apart. One drawer was completely broken. Appliances fine. Only 3 teaspoons. Inadequate supply of paper towels, facial tissue and TP. No bar soap, no soap, shampoo or conditioner for the showers. Hand lotion, notepad and pen would have been nice, too. Also ran out of laundry detergent.
I had a fabulous time with my partner at this wonderful condo. It was sparkling clean with many new beautiful linens. There was a new refrigerator, oven and small appliances! Everything worked perfectly. The Hawaiian decor was so authentic. Our communication with the OWNER was excellent. The lighting was beautiful and the views from the large windows were exquisite. The LANAI was large and you could see whales in the water! The free binoculars were a great addition to our experience. There were wonderful amenities at the complex which included the pool, BBQs, shuffleboard, lounging chairs, hot tub, and tennis court! The pool was crystal clean and the lobby was beautifully decorated. There were ample parking spaces available. We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful gem. MAGNIFICENT VIEW! This RESORT is a great place to have a vacation! The Mahana at Kaanapali gave us the best vacation we have had in years!
I gave the location of this condo a 5 star. Close to everything. Great restaurants, shopping, grocery store, water activities. Beach is right out the door, my kids snorkeled right off the beach many times. We saw sea turtles feeding off of the rocks by the beach daily. I gave 3 stars to the interior of the condo. It was very outdated. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets are all very old. The dishwasher does not work, I couldn’t even turn it on. But having washer and dryer on site was nice. The owner provided everything needed so that our stay was comfortable. So overall 4 stars.
