The house is in Laie, Oahu, just a mile from the Polynesian Cutural Center. Our rental rates range from $6500 to $9500 depending on the season. The rate includes all rent, taxes, cleaning, and utilities, For this rate you canstay as short as 7 nights or as long as 30 nights. Ask us for a quote for the dates you wish to visit. The house uniqly sits inside the beautiful Kokololio Beach Park. It offer 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (w. shower/tub). 3 bedrooms with queen beds have AC and TV. Total square footage is about 1300. The 4th bedroom has 2 double beds. There is a car port and the driveway that has room for two additional cars. From our backyard fence you are just 40 steps from the beach. You get a 120-degree vie o the ocean from our covered deck. Our beach has no large waves as it is behind a reef that lies 1/4 mile out. We have a shed full of beach accessories available for max beach enjoyment. To our left the beach is all sandy for nearly 3/4 mile, ideal for beach and ocean play. Great boogie boarding for beginners. Also great for morning and evening beach walks. To the right is the popular "Alligator Pond" where children safely play among the small fish swimming around in the pond. No waves as the coral rock catch those. This area is great for snorkeling with many colorful corals and fish.
Note: Our house is operated as a long-term rental because short term renting (contracts for fewer than 30 days) are illegal. Being a long term rental means that all rental agreements are for 30 or more days, even of you occupy the house for fewer than 30 days. Per Oahu law, the following statement must be posted in all ads for long-term rentals: "This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied."

Oahu requires the following statement:
This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days! The Monthly Rental fee will not be reduced or increased based on the number of days the rental is used."
What does that mean?
It means you can legally stay in our house for 7.10, 15, etc. days as long as the occupation is covered under a 30-day contract which we will provide. No one else can occupay the house during your 30-day contrat period. So we only host 12 groups per year, one per month.
NOTE: We do not allow parties, weddings family reunions etc. Therefor we will not accept occupation periods of less than 7 days. |

Absolutely wonderful!! We had lots of kids and us and the home worked perfect for us! Paul is an amazing host and the home was perfect for a long term stay. Many days we spent several trips over to the beach and enjoyed the close view of the ocean, the beautiful sunrises, and remembered to look the other way at the gorgeous mountains. We would definitely stay again if we get a chance!!
