Really enjoyed the property, met all our group needs.
One thing that may not be immediately clear is that this this property is separated into two properties. They are right next to each other, just a 20 second walk from each other. The outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi is spectacular. Also appreciate the amount of actual bedrooms the properties host, makes it easy everyone to get their own privacy. The hosts were also very accommodating and allowed for late checkout with no extra fee. The only critique I would give is some of the furniture and carpet don't seem to match with each other making it seem like an older style.

Property is really great for groups. Pool was not heated so it was a bit cool(even for us northerners) hot tub was good. Hanging out poolside was great.
Our group of Navy Veterans planned our 36 year reunion at this property. The house with the pool (I'll call main) is very large a little outdated as far as technology and could use a remodel but enjoyable and great for gathering. The smaller house is beautiful. Loved the fact that it was an enclosed compound. The review would have been 5 stars across the board but cleanliness was not 5, and our 3 star rating may have been pushing it. If you are going to use any of the utensils or drinking cups you will definitely want to wash every item first. There is no doubt we left the houses cleaner then when we arrived. When I told these guys "you know we paid for cleaning" their reply was "maybe they skipped it last time" Would book again if we plan another reunion in Vegas.
The host was very nice and prompt, communication was great. This home is amazing we had more than enough space for our group, amenities was just as listed. I would definitely recommend this home if visiting Las Vegas and want to stay near the strip. I would rate this home more than a 10.
We reserved this for our adult hockey team who was playing in a tourney in Vegas. 10 of our players stayed at the property and I cannot think of a better way to have spent the weekend. Convenient to the freeway but in a very quiet neighborhood. If you have a sports team and are looking for a large property, you must reserve this place.
That property is a “BEAUTY”, the owner is absolutely active, meeting all of our needs any time of the day or night! Pleasant as well as Bert helpful! He is very knowledgeable with any information that executed an amazing time in a visiting state!! We will definitely be returning!!
Nice place lots of beds
The property was very beautiful and clean. The owner Charles and Linda was very helpful from the time I got off the plane. We had issues at the rent a car place due to long lines. Charles constantly kept in touch with me and also was there to assist my family until we arrived. This property also had a guest house which we rented both. The up keep of the property and landscape is beautiful. I recommend this property if you are looking for a property with enough rooms and space to enjoy family. Thank you Charles and Linda

The property was amazing we traveled with 5 small families with a total of 22 people and everyone had enough space. We had everything their to cook. Only thing would have wished the pool would have been cleaner but our crowd made the best of it. The rest of the house was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Hopefully very soon.
Absolute perfect property for our group. So much space, indoor and outdoor. There was everything there we required. Charles was a pleasure to deal with and made everything so easy. Thank you for helping to make our wedding trip perfect.

My group of 10 was in Vegas for a long weekend; partly business - partly pleasure (why not? It's Vegas!). Charles met us at the property when we arrived, and we were immediately pleased. Not only by the property, but by how thoughtful and accommodating he was. For a group of 10 adult men, the place was perfect for us because we each had our bedrooms with more than enough space to spare. It could've been double the amount of people and we still would've had extra space. Additionally, both houses were very nice with well appointed furnishings, and spotless! Our itinerary was packed from the day we arrived until we left, so my only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy this beautiful property. Highly recommended!!!

This is such a beautiful place! The owners were extremely accommodating, and made sure we were happy and comfortable. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and is very safe. The houses were very large and clean. We had all the essentials and more! The pool and hot tub were very clean as well which is always important as well. Overall an amazing experience and we will definitely book again when we come back to vegas!!
This was a really big decision for my family. After months of going back and forth we finally decided on Las Vegas since we had never been and have only heard great things. We were unsure of what would be best for our large group in terms of choosing between a hotel or rental property so I started asking around. It turns out this actual property has been used for years by one of my friends when they visit Vegas so I looked into it and decided to give it a try. Well, here we are a week after returning home and the house and owner were simply amazing. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful our trip was. The pool was so nice and clean and the home itself was immaculate. We were able to get to the strip in about 5 minutes yet the property seemed like it was miles away in terms of the feel of it. I will be coming back here year after year and I just wanted to thank everyone that helped put this memorable trip together for us.
7 families total for our first Family Reunion. 31 in all and all had a great time. Between the pool, pool table, and poker room, our entire family was never at a loss of something to do. The large room was a great place for gathering too. We chose Las Vegas because our family is literally scattered to the four corners of the country. Half of us drove and the other half flew in (love the air fares for LV). Homes are in a quiet location and offered easy access to shopping and the Casinos. The grounds offered a great backdrop for photos of which we took full advantage. We recommend this property for family reunions of all ages. Plenty of parking for our 7 vehicles too. We also brought our two little four-legged family members along and this was another reason we chose this rental.
Once a year, our Adult hockey team travels to one of USA Hockey's Adult Classic Tournaments. With a full roster of 14 skaters and many of those skaters preferring to bring their significant others, planning and booking these types of events are usually quite hectic. This year, that changed. Mark and Charlie made this so easy on us all. From the first phone call i received, I knew that this is where we were going to stay and that we would be taken care of. Mark was always available when we called him and was more than willing to assist in our planning of the weekend. Our trip would have not been nearly as fun or satisfying had we not stayed at this location and had the assistance that was provided. As for the property (both houses), they were well kept and clean. Everything was a described (including the 5 minute ETA to the strip) and we have no complaints whatsoever. Members of our team have already requested that we come back to this location. We will be back.
We hosted our family and friends for our wedding at the property on Sept 5, 2015. We had all travelled in from Canada and we had nothing but a positive experience with Mark, Charlie and the whole rental process. We had so many comments on how great everything was; lots of room and lots of amenities to enjoy. We had 9 teenager (ages 16-20) and this was the perfect place for them to congregate. Mark was very quick to reply to all correspondence and made great recommendations for catering and other vendors required for a wedding. We will definitely be back!
We had a stress-free trip thanks to Mark and Charlie. Mark was super accommodating and was available whenever we needed something. The place was huge and had enough room for all our family. Mark was right...you never felt like you were on top of each other because of the big spacious areas. Super accessible to everything and lots of parking. Had a great time!!!!
We had groups of men and women, singles and couples.we were able to balance out living quarter's and enjoy most of the anemintities of the property. Not super close to the strip but not to far, short ride to everything. Everyone was ready to do it again before we even left!
We had a mini family reunion/Thanksgiving and wedding reception at this property. For thanksgiving it was AWESOME to have two kitchens and plenty of room for people to lounge around in. For the reception we rented tables and chairs but still plenty of room around the house and property so that no one felt crowded. The nights had gotten cold so Charlie went out and got one of those big heaters so our guests wouldn't be too cold! Charlie was so nice and super accommodating. Charlie was helpful and super responsive to anything we needed while staying there. Our guests had a blast an so did we! I don't know if we will do another event like that in Vegas, but if we do I would definitely contact Charlie.
These two houses were exactly what we needed for our family reunion. It had all the necessary and fun items that you would want for everyone from 1 year old to 90 years old. Ping Pong, pool table, TV's and of couse the pool, we all loved it. Easy to cook and feed 26 people 3 times a day, not to mention all the snacking. Mark was great to answer all our questions and assist us in getting anything we needed. Thank you for making our family reunion a success!
After weeks of finding nothing but scams and fraudulent ads for a vacation home, I finally came across the paradise estates on VRBO. I couldn't have asked for a better location to spend my birthday. Its located on a private gated cul-de-sac with 2 separate houses about 2.8 miles from mandalay. when we wanted to go to the strip, the cab ride from mandalay was only $15. the houses were so big, it took about 15 minutes to give ourselves the full tour of the property. I was able to sleep 28 of my friends while still having more than enough space to be able to relax and enjoy my time comfortably. dollar for dollar, this is the way to go when you have multiple people coming out to celebrate in vegas. I will be back to visit again every time i come to vegas with a large group.
We were able to host our small wedding at the house and it was set up so perfectly that I wouldn't change a thing. The helpfulness of both owners were unmatched to all of the other properties we contacted. Because we weren't having a dj or a reception we did not have to pay the event fee and the help in keeping costs down was more than we could ask. Charlie was such a pleasure and his family being from Hawaii like us, greeted us with so much Aloha. Any help I needed or items he had and was happy to help. I didn't get to meet Mark personally but his help in finding outside vendors and communicating so efficiently was superb. The homes itself was very large and we had no problem getting our wedding party ready on property in separate spaces. The pool was nice and since it was chilly the hot tub was even better! So many activities on site to keep my son busy too. He loved the mini golf course and the pool table the best. Should we ever come back for a longer stay I am most definitely going to contact the paradise Estate again!! Thank you guys for everything!
Paradise Estates was absolutely perfect for our group of 32 university students. The location was in central Las Vegas (easily accessible to I-15 and the strip). There was plenty of space and amenities. Mark Bailey was extremely helpful during the reservation process. I could tell that he cared about our group and our enjoyment at the estate.
Excellent. Perfect for our needs
We rented this property to host our family and friends at our destination wedding and vacation in Las Vegas. Charlie was great working with us as our plans changed and was very helpful with any questions we had about the property. The property was very well maintained and clean - everyone loved the venue! Charlie has gone out of his way to ensure that the property is well suited to hosting a wedding and reception - there are a lot of nice touches such as an arch on site for the ceremony, a paved aisle leading up to it and string lighting in the backyard as depicted in Charlie's pictures. Along with the ample space in the backyards, it really is the perfect venue for a wedding. In fact even some of our vendors remarked that they were going to recommend this property to their future clients. There is HEAPS of room in the house for people to stay, the hot tub worked great and the pool table and card table were great entertainment during our stay. We didn't make use of the pool because it was too cold in October, but it was clean and the fountain looked great. The location really is just about 5 to 10 minutes from the Mandalay Bay and was easy to get around from - with Google Maps to navigate you can get to anywhere in Las Vegas or surrounds like Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon easily.
This is a great place! We had our entire family from three states come to Las Vegas and stay at this estate. We had plenty of space and the kids had a great time with the lovely grounds and particularly the putting green and pool. We found more than ample space for our family of 27 people including kids and there were blankets, pillows and towels to make everyone comfortable. We have already recommended to our friends and hope to be back soon to enjoy Vegas from this wonderful hideout just 2 miles off the strip. Thank you for a fabulous time!!!
Actually went in 2012 but the computer won't let me put that in. Came on holiday with a group of 22 before half of the party went to afghan. Absolutely delighted with the house it was exactly as the pictures showed so spacious and clean with ridiculous amount of bed linen!! The owners were on hand for any questions we had aswell which was very welcoming. The location was fantastic so close to the strip, we just had a bit of trouble finding taxis that would pick us up as they didn't seem to want work off the strip. Even so we did manage to find a lovely taxi firm that adopted us so they got all our custom all week :) all in all everyone in our party that stayed in this villa said it was the best week of their lives. From all 22 of us it comes highly highly highly recommended. If you want a villa in Las Vegas look no further.
My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception in this home during July and it was beautiful! The owner is really nice and will work with you to help make your stay perfect. Whether you're using this house as a vacation home or any other event venue, this is a great place. It is also very conveniently located near the Las Vegas strip. It's not walking distance, but a short taxi ride away. Would recommend this home to anybody!
