Le Tertre is a small hamlet just 4km from Soudan, a small town offering all of your basic needs. The large historic town of Chateaubriant is only 6km and has a Wednesday market, Chateau and huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars and leisure activities including large indoor swimming pool. Nestling in a quiet hamlet, this attractive stone built cottage has been tastefully renovated, incorporating beamed ceilings and log burner. The self catering accommodation sleeps four to five persons. There is a policy of no smoking indoors. The log cabin is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. A deposit of £100 (125euros) is required per booking, the balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. On the day of arrival a 'good housekeeping' cash deposit of £110 (€140) per gite is required per booking, this will be refunded on day of departure less any costs (if any) incurred. Prices include fuel and power, linen and towels. |
