The Royal Villas are the ultimate in luxury, as each Villa is a small estate home with private 5 or 6 bedrooms that offer guests a unique and exclusive vacation experience. Most of these villas are built n a classical Spanish Mediterranean style architecture, with red tile roofs, stucco plastered archways and distinguished stone columns with generous tropical gardens where hibiscus, bougainvilleas and other magnificent tropical plants abound. The newer villas are built in a modern style with Spanish accents. They all have private swimming pool, shaded lanai, full living & dining rooms, full kitchen, and all bedrooms have a private bath. The villas are furnished with rattan, elephant bamboo and a natural Caribbean wattle wood. They have central air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs & cable, personal safes, iron & ironing board and the bathrooms include toiletries, & a hair dryer, and some have Jacuzzi tub. The back-yard pools are surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas and lush landscaping with pool shower and BBQ grill. The Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort is where Villa guests have access to all the facilities of the Resort (including the V.I.P areas). A personal maid, concierge and breakfast chef. Also, the many Resort restaurants, snack bars and (liquor) bars make these the perfect accommodations.

Booking conformation requires the following: Select property accommodations and dates you wish to stay. Upon verification of availability and after notification, payment for accommodations only is due and will be arranged with owner. If not available, you will be notified in a day or so. Your request will be soft booked with Lifestyles and when paid your reservation will be confirmed within a 7-working day period after payment is made. For your convenience, you are pre-approved to book your reservation. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 3 months prior to arrival will receive a full-Service Fee accreditation. Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival will receive a 50% Service Fee accreditation. Any cancellation 1 month prior to arrival and the Service Fee will be forfeited in its entirety. This applies to accommodations only. |

All-inclusive Lifestyles is an All-Inclusive Resort and the fees for this are $95 US per day per person 12 years an up, under 12 years 1/2 price and under 3 years it is free. We are members of the Lifestyles Chairman Circle Club and as such we are able to extend our lower prices for accommodations to you our Guest. We are now retired living on the water in Cape Coral, Fl. a short distance from the Gulf of Mexico.
