The space
Our beach home is situation with 2- homes on one lot (quite common in Seaside Heights) and your beach home is the front building.
As you enter your Beach home; on the main level walk in to our foyer, where you can just relax and engage in good family conversation or read that book you were just dying to finish. As you proceed, we have our living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom and 2 bedrooms. As you journey upstairs we have 2 additional bedroom; one very private the other not so much..

Guest Access: The complete home is design for you, no one above you or below you.
However, there does exist a beach house in the rear of the property that is also available for summer rentals.
Other things to Note:
Please keep your furry friends at home and enjoy your cigarettes outside.
Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term rental agreement.
Security Deposit is held by us via a credit card.
