Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.
Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.

At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many night clubs on the Boardwalk (no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes away).
And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing, or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).
