Nestled in a really cool little neighborhood. Queen sized bed and very comfortable pull out sofa if needed. Small covered/fenced courtyard with gas grill and patio furniture. Single carport, and front and side porch. 40" Vizio TV with Direct TV with DVD player; washer & dryer in laundry room, fully equipped kitchen; large shower in bathroom. Also, free 24/7 wireless internet in the cottage. Great public boat ramp across the street.
