My name is Dave Herrick. My wife Sandy and I live north of Boston and we purchased this unit in Sep 2016. We also own a 2 BR unit gulf front unit at another complex 1 mile down the beach that we bought in 2004. We have been coming to Sanibel for over 35 years. We owned a condo in the 80s which we unfortunately sold in 1992. During those years, we made Sanibel our annual vacation, usually over the Holidays to coincide with school vacations for our three boys. We had Christmas trees & boats in tow
