We require a fifty percent (50%) deposit of the value of your reservation upon booking. We suggest booking reservations way in advance. Full payment is required fifteen (15 ) days prior to arrival date, this way, payment made by checks will have ample time to clear from financial institutions. We accept only personal checks, certified or bank checks and money orders. Credit cards are not accepted.

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a Rental Agreement which would be completed and returned to us immediately, driving directions and a locator map that will show where the residence is on the Green Mansions property.

Cancellation of a reservation must be made seven (7) days prior to arrival date, no exception.  There will be a 5% cancellation fee (fee is equal to 5% of the total reservation value i.e. reservation = $1,000.00, cancellation fee = $ 50.00). All monies received will be returned less the 5% cancellation fee, seven (7) days after the cancelled reservation date. Reservations cancelled less than the seven (7) day window will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

Security Deposit: There will be a security deposit required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be returned to you after fifteen (15) days after your departure or after the departure inspection. The surety deposit will be determined at the time of reservation.

Cleaning Fee: There is a Sixty dollars ($60.00) cleaning fee in addition to the weekly rental rates. Cleaning fees are to be and must be paid fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date or together with the full payment of your reservations.

Renters are expected to leave the residence in the same physical condition as upon arrival. All garbage and recyclables must be removed and placed in the proper receptacles located near the building.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the unit is six (6). Adults, 18 years or older, infants and children up to the age of 17 are considered in the occupancy maximums.

Quite time at Green Mansions is from 11:00 PM until 8: am the next morning. Thank you for not Smoking at Green Mansions. PETS are NOT permitted.
