Très jolie villa au coeur de la montagne, à 10 min des plages, et 20 min de la vallée du paradis. Villa très bien équipée, conforme à la description. Mes enfants de 21, 20 et 16 ans ont apprécié, malgré la non proximité immédiate de la plage. Seul petit bémol : il y a beaucoup d'espaces de rangement pour les affaires qui sont fermés réservés aux propriétaires ; mon amie a dû laisser ses affaires dans sa valise. Globalement, très belles prestations.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Maroc et Agadir est une très belle ville. Votre villa est magnifique et nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci à K pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son accueil. Tout était parfait. A très bientôt.
Remarques publiques Nous avons rester une semaine a la villa Almagadir et cétait tres tres agreable. Nous etions une grand famille a 7 person et sa a marche excellent. La Villa est tres grand est tres jolie avec les trois grand chambre separete, e und grand jardin ou on a rester beacoup. On avais pris le bain dans la jolie piscine, meme si cétait froid, mais apres le Hemem cava. On a reste tous les soir a la maison par ce que Keltuma a fait les dinne pour nous, et cétait tres tres bonne !! Et les matin elle a fait le pain Marrocain. Almagadir cést tres bien situe parceque cést tres calme et jolie et sa prendre pas plus que 20 minutes pour alle a Tagazout ( surfing) ou a Agadir. Sans Keltuma ca serra pas la meme chose elle a vraiment s´occupe de nous, tous le temps. Nous pouvait vraiment recommende Villa Almagadir – cést magnifique !! The ‘Almagadir’ villa in the village of Alma is a superb place to stay for a family. The pool, the rooftop terrace, the very kind help and Maroccan food of Keltuma, the surfing on the nearby beaches (15 minutes), paradise valley (20 minutes) and a visit to Taroudant made it the perfect holiday for our group of 8 people. Thank you Philippe and Brigitte for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful house on behalf of all of us.
We celebrated Christmas with the family (3 children aged 4, 6 and 9) in this beautiful villa, very pleasant to live in and nicely decorated. we were very well located, 15 minutes from the beaches and 20 min from Agadir, just in front of a hill from which we can admire a nice sunset. we have adored. especially Keltuma was very appreciated kindness. the children managed to swim in the pool in the middle of winter. Philippe's two beautiful boats allowed us to go on beautiful sea trips with our whole family. We had our midday meal on the So-Yacht. An excellent seafood meal prepared by the chef. The garden with plants, flowers and palm trees, but also the pods, the orange tree, the lemon tree, and the banana trees as well as the two vines, the 10 olive trees and the two pomegranates, the herb garden for cooking have delighted our taste buds as much as our sense of smell and our sight. All enhanced by the songs of a multitude of birds from the country. There is really something to be passionate about this very pleasant villa which offered us all the comfort we wanted. We will definitely return. Just to see Keltuma and his family who spoiled us in every way. Thank you again, Brigitte and Philippe, for this exceptional welcome. The great advantage of this property when we stayed in September was that we had sun every day, but Agadir had fog every day. Since the house is inland by several kms the weather was better. Great house with lovely outdoor spaces to relax. Plan on bringing soap, toilet paper, spices etc. Kaltum's cooking was great and her fresh bread and ghraif in the morning were delicious. A wonderful relaxing place.
We celebrated Christmas in Morocco this year, in the Villa de Philippe. We were a "team" of 13 (8 adults, 3 children and 1 6 month old baby). The cactus as a Christmas tree guide;). The children were delighted. We spent a "dream" vacation in the superb Villa de Philippe, tastefully decorated. It is lost in the heights of Alma, 10 minutes by car from "civilization" (village of Aourir) and 15 minutes from the beach and surf spots). It's a bit like the villa that we would like to own ... Keltuma is the "housekeeper", she is absolutely adorable and lives in the house next door. She can take care of breakfast (and her squeezed orange juice), babysitting if necessary, food shopping and meals if we wish. That makes things a lot easier when you are 13 .... In short, luxury. We stayed a week in this magnificent house. we were 8. everything was perfect including the services of Keltoum far beyond our expectations. we were able to go to places we would not have known without it. the owners, although we were unable to meet them, were also perfect on the telephone with regard to the questions we had to ask. thank you again from all my family. WE ARE LOOKING FOR HOLIDAYS PAST IN THIS RIAD WHICH IS AS DESCRIBED ON THE SITE. WE WERE 11 PEOPLE 7 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN. THERE IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND THE MOST KELTUMA VERY DEDICATED AND THAT HAS PREPARED VERY GOOD SMALL MEALS AND HOME BREAD. CHILDREN PLAY A LOT IN THE POOL ADULTS LESS. WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FULL OF CHARM AND VERY CALM. VERY NICE CLIMATE LOTS OF SUN
We had a great week (from Dec 28, 2017 to January 4, 2018) 0 Philippe's Villa Almagadir located in the small village of Alma / Agadir. Everything was perfect including the weather. The villa is very well located in the mountains 16 KM from the beaches of Agadir, a location offers tranquility, perfect for relaxation and partying without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. We were two families from Canada (in all, 10 adults and adolescents), it was our first experience of Morocco and we were delighted. The Villa is spacious and very well equipped with its swimming pool, it has a magnificent roof terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley. Keltuma (assistant manager of the villa) was of great help to us, and in addition she cooked us Moroccan dishes 3 memorable dinners that we had at the Villa. Keltuma cooks local dishes very well such as lamb and chicken tagines, Moroccan salads, royal couscous and what about his hot bread made each morning for breakfast. Quand tout est "clean"..., QUAND IL N'Y A RIEN A DIRE PARCE QUE C'ÉTAIT UN SANS FAUTE, IL N'Y A RIEN A AJOUTER. A part: Super !! Exceptionnel !!, magnifique.. On reviendra, c'est certain. Peut-être avec d'autres amis pour leur fair connaître cet endroit magique.
A little corner of paradise in the mountains north of Agadir. We had an excellent stay in this villa with friends and children. Keltuma the lady who takes care of the villa is like the Moroccans: kind, helpful, good advice. The mountains surrounding the house are superb. The house is perfect with all the comfort desired for westerners. Certainly we are not stuck in the city of Agadir and it will be necessary to hire a car. But we avoided all the traffic jams of the summer to reach Agadir or Aourir. From this villa, to reach Agadir, its restaurants, its casino and its dance halls and nightclubs, it takes only 20 minutes by the small mountain road. While by the coast, tourists in cars, who come from Aourir, or Taghazout, take between two and three hours to travel between 25 and 35 kms! To come and relax in the sun AND BATH IN THE BEAUTIFUL LARGE POOL, the location is perfect. We were able to rent Philippe's boat at the Marina. Also everything was in line with our expectations. A flawless one! Perfect. Private Note Hello Philippe, Everything was really perfect. Keltuma delighted us. We were in paradise during these 4 days. We couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed a week at Villa Almagadir and it was very pleasant. We were a large family of 7 people and it worked very well. The Villa is very large is very pretty with the three large separate bedrooms, and a large garden where you can stay a lot. We had taken a bath in the pretty swimming pool, even if it was cold, but after the Hemem cava. We stayed home every night because Keltuma made dinner for us, and it was very good !! And in the morning she made Moroccan bread. Almagadir is very well located because it is very calm and pretty and it takes no more than 20 minutes to go to Tagazout (surfing) or Agadir. Without Keltuma it wouldn't be the same thing she really took care of us, all the time. We could really recommend Villa Almagadir - this is wonderful !!
