The resort has nine bedrooms, four baths one with a claw-footed tub, and a comfortable sofa-bed in the library. The house can sleep up to fifty people. . A bedroom and bath open off the library. This bedroom has twin beds which have been converted into one king size bed.
There is a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen with an eating area that seats eight, a butler's pantry with sink and bar area, a large dining room with a table that can seat ten and a spacious living room. The library is well-stocked with books and has cable TV and a DVD player.
