Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.

Additional rules
1. Maximum 9 people, after 6 guests $50 per person per night. 2. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, 3. No outdoor warming fires between June and October! We are in high hazard fire zone, 4. No cancelations due to smoke or air quality under 200 (AirNow.gov). 5. $500 cleaning fee for glass found in the spa. 6. $500 fine for staying at the property with more people than shown in the reservation. 7. $500 fine for noise complaint submitted to the police during quiet hours. 8. $500 fine for copyright infringement complaint (DMCA) using house network. 9. $500 fine for smoking detected inside the property.
