The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet building with an independent entrance directly from the street. The apartment is divided into three floors, as soon as you enter the house we find a living room with kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs we find 2 double bedrooms with another bathroom (in one of the two bedrooms there is also a double sofa bed). Downstairs we find a relaxation area consisting of a lounge with sofas and fireplace and we also find a private spa for the exclusive use of the apartment with a whirlpool tub, infrared sauna, and a shower with rain effect chromotherapy. To complete the property you have smart TV with NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO (archive with over 1000 films and TV series in different languages), free fiber optic WIFI (very fast), air conditioning, independent heating, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, kettle, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, iron and ironing board, high quality upholstery and furniture.
