The property is located on the second floor with lift in an elegant building. The apartment consists of a large living area, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, two double bedrooms (one of the bedrooms also has a double sofa bed), two bathrooms. In all rooms there are SMART TVs (NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO), a very fast WIFI internet connection (fibre optic), air conditioning and independent heating.
