The property is located on the first floor with lift in an elegant building. The apartment consists of a living area with comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with normal oven, microwave and Nespresso machine, a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with tub, 2 double bedrooms. In the house there is a very fast WIFI internet connection (fiber optic), double glazing in the windows for greater acoustic insulation, air conditioning and independent heating.
