The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, utensils, blender and coffee maker. There is also a very large terrace with patio where relaxing with a good book or having nice chats enjoying the gorgeous view immersed in the peace and quiet of the Bavaria's countryside.

People fascinated in nightlife will not remain unhappy because in the surroundings theatres, discotheques, cinema and night clubs can be found. There are many wine tours in the surrounding area, interesting for wine fans and many wine cellars are exposed for the tastings.
