At the moment of the booking we ask the 50% in advance. The balance should be paid 7 days before the day of your arrival to here. In addition we ask 200€ as security deposit which is refundable, so we'll give you it back at the end of your holiday. Both, the price for the final cleaning and the security deposit must to be paid by cash. Concerning to the cancellation policy, we give you back the 50% in advance if you cancel the booking until 2 months before. The 25% if you cancel it until 1 months before. We don't give you back nothing if you cancel the booking 3 weeks before |
