Our upstairs one-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful and quiet, yet close-up view of Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Passage. With its close proximity to the marina, you are only minutes away from starting your day’s fishing trip either at Knudson Cove Marina or Clover Pass Resort. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy beautiful water views, picturesque sunsets and wildlife including eagles, seals and sea lions and even whales can be seen coming into the cove. You are walking distance to sightseeing adventures including kayaking, biking, and sliding down a zip line. If you are coming with a large family or group, you can also reserve the 3-bedroom unit downstairs or even our 5-bedroom vacation rental next door. All offer comfortable bedrooms, HDTV and spacious common areas equipped with all the comforts of home and a full kitchen to cook a family meal. There’s something for everyone. Curl up in the comfortable living room while you browse through brochures of the area activities or read a good book. You will enjoy watching the activities of Knudson Cove Marina and the quiet waterway of Clover Passage from the large windows all along the water side of the apartment in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. This one-bedroom apartment has a queen bed and double bed in the bedroom and a twin bed in the hall entry as well as a queen sofa bed. You can sleep four men comfortably and extra people with double occupancy. Enjoy premium entertainment on a 42” HDTV with DVR – or simply browse the web on our high-speed wireless network. A gas barbecue grill and separate burner and large crab pot are provided for you to cook “the catch of the day!” You can sit around the table on the deck to enjoy your meal outside or you can spend the evening sitting around the fire pit while talking about your adventures of the day.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required on one to four night stays. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required on stays of five nights or more. We accept PayPal, personal check, cashier’s check, postal money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
The cancellation fee is 5% of the amount paid with a minimum cancellation fee of $100. We require 60 days advance notice of arrival date to receive a refund.
Optional travel insurance is available direct from Travel Guard at 800-826-5248. You can cover your entire trip or just the cost of your lodging.
