The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with an elevator. The apartment consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a relaxation area for dining, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Each room has radiator heating, air conditioning, fiber optic Wi-Fi (very fast), and a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video. There is a desk for working from home. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.
