Central A/C with thermostat. One queen bed in each bedroom, plus up to two extra beds, small fold down hotel bed, in each bedroom on reqest. Decor is clean cut with hummingbird accents. Carpeted throughout except bathroom (tiled) and kitchen (vinyl).
