John and Nadine welcome you to their exquisite Hilltop vacation Home at Shady Oaks Ranch. This unusual home features an upstairs Master Suite with a King Bed and adjoining private bath. The large window in the Master Suite provides an excellent view of the far reaching vistas and nearby farmland. The entry into the home features a breezeway connecting front and backyards along with a computer desk with full internet hookup. In addition, the home features a dining room with seating for 10, a cozy living room with Flat Screen Satellite TV and a pull out sofa, 2 additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the second with bunk beds for the younger set. Rounding out this home is the annex which can be added to the main house for those guests with larger parties sleeping an additional 4 people. The Annex features a great room with an entertainment area, a Queen with a roll away table for a luxurious breakfast in bed experience (see our photo lineup for this unique bed), a half bath, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed. The Hilltop's landscaping is meticulously maintained and features 3 sitting areas, a lawn, a hiking trail to our famous water tower, a BBQ for lush evening grilling and a beautiful lawn for entertainment and croquet.
Views and vistas of Buellton, the Santa Ynez Valley and the local mountains all vie for the visitors attention and appreciation.
