Refuge Group Campground at Lake Godstone

Refuge campground is a Group Campground for use by families or camp groups and can fit up to 10 tents/small RV’s. There are two utility stations each with (20/30 amp) power and water, a tree-house shelter fire pit, two picnic tables, and a porta-potty. Thecomfort station with toilets/showers is within walking distance. Price is $40.00 for the first Tent/RV for exclusive use of the campground and $10.00 per night for each guest over four people. One night minimum. Lake Godstone short walk away.

The space

Our group campground is located on the east forested meadow above the Crappie Pond and Lake Godstone and is connected to 10 miles of hike and bike trails.

Guest access

Guests have access to the sports field, lake, wildlife viewing, and trail systems.

Other things to note

The ranch holds a wildlife property exemption through the state and county and the heavily wooded portion surrounds a new 4 acre lake with 10 miles of all-weather trails around the lake and the upper meadow where wildlife can be viewed from several deer stands. In addition to deer, dove, wild turkey and varmits such as coyote, bobcat, raccoon, skunk and armadillo there are numerous varieties of birds and fowl and we are constantly placing new covey's of quail on the property. An outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, sports field and field house with picnic area are available for bookings as well as a gun range (to guests booking the entire ranch facilities including the sports field, campgrounds and cabins0.. A new one acre Crappie pond was added below Lake Godstone in October of 2020.
