Owner websiteI purchased this wonderful property December 22nd in 2005, culminating a year of searching the North GA Mountains for my own “paradise”. I visited the cabin in the morning and submitted a contract that afternoon of the first day the property was on the market for sale! After a year of looking, I knew I had to act fast to get this amazing property! My home is a two-hour drive south, in Marietta (just north of Atlanta). Even though I love to visit my paradise property, life circumstances permit on
If you dont like to be in the woods, dont rent from laura!???? We had a great time, from the water to the trees! The house is just what you could imagine in a story book. The North GA Mtns. are a great place to explore. If you like to be entertained by nature this is the place to be! Thanks Laura for sharing your property with us!
thoughtfully put together property and rental experience! we really loved everything about the house and property. my wife, mother, and twin toddlers had a blast for a short stay over two nights. thank you and well done! we will definitely be back if we can get lucky enough for a reservation! need several days to enjoy all the property amenities and local sites and would like to enjoy warmer season to take advantage of waterfront location fully. :)
The property was the perfect fit secluded in the woods. The best part was listening to the creek flow behind the house and the hot cocoa over the fire pit. It was a bit cold, but I still gained enough confidence to wade fish in the creek. Unfortunately I did not catch anything, but still had a great time trying. The cabin was well organized and clean. I was hesitant when I read some reviews, but after speaking with the owner she did everything in her power to accommodate the trip for my fiancé and I. Don't forget to read and write in the memories book on the living room table! Also, if you plan on exploring she left plenty of directions and things to do in the area. I recommend visiting Amicallola Falls! It was well worth the trip. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back again! Thanks for everything and for making my last minute trip easy and affordable!
