“At One with the River” is an absolutely STUNNING 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom riverfront cabin that can accommodate up to 6-8 guests, all on one level. It has 257 feet of river frontage on the South Fork of the New River with easy access into the river with stone steps. Go fishing, tubing or swimming in your own back yard!! Enjoy the fire pit by the river, too! We are located on Railroad Grade Road and less than 15 minutes or 7.2 miles from the Todd Mercantile and the River Girl Fishing where you can rent mountain bikes, learn how to fly fish, go tubing, kayaking and more!! Don't forget to visit Todd Community Preservation Organization for more information about Todd. Centrally located within 20 minutes between Boone and West Jefferson. Blowing Rock is appoximately 35 minutes away.

MAIN FLOOR: Our stunning home is on one level ranch style. So, no steps or climbing to worry about for easy access for everyone!! It has a fantastic layout with tall ceilings, open kitchen/dining/large living room. The flooring is porcelain tile, which looks like wood, throughout the entire home.
The luxurious modern gourmet kitchen features Frigidaire Professional Suite appliances with an extra, extra large fridge with ice/water dispenser, gas range, dishwasher and everything else needed to prepare your gourmet meal. The dining area can accommodate 6-8 guests.
The large living room has an extra large sectional real leather sofa with cup holders and reclining seats, a powered La-Z-Boy rocking/recliner chair. You can stay cozy with our quaint wood stove (wood not provided) on those chilly winter nights. Enjoy watching your favorite TV show on the large 65” curved HDTV as well.
The master bedroom features a large king size bed, En Suite bathroom with stand up shower with spa shower heads and pebble shower floors. This is true luxury at its finest!
There is a queen bedroom along with the 2nd bathroom with the same spa shower heads and pebble shower floors.
The 3rd bedroom is located at the end of the hall with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full) that can sleep 4 more guests. The air hockey is also in this bedroom along with a large flat screen HDTV with Direct TV and an XBox game system. You'll spend hours of endless fun playing air hockey or XBox.
OUTSIDE: You will enjoy spending quality time outside on our massive covered deck overlooking the South Fork of the New River! Enjoy making S’mores at our firepit while listening to the sounds of the river. You will have easy access to the river with stone steps leading from the bank into the river. Sit in the gazebo with your favorite book and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the river and Mother Nature.

2 night minimum for off peak season (sorry, NO 1 night rentals permitted)

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive/AWD, good tires and chains may be necessary. It is YOUR responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO REFUNDS, allowances or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
