Alluring Ambiance is a wonderful cabin for your family and friends. You work hard for all year long and it’s time to take a vacation to the Blue Ridge Mountains. You deserve to relax and spend quality time with your loved ones and Alluring Ambiance is just what the doctor ordered!!!
This wonderful cabin offers 2 bedrooms with sleeping loft with 3 full bathroom. It is a great place to make those memories that will last a life time!! We sit perched above the historic South Fork of the New River with beautiful river views and river access at the common area. The river is perfect for fishing, canoeing, rafting, or just taking in the peaceful beauty. You get the best of both worlds…..river views and mountain views! After spending time here, you’ll realize that life is really good!!
Once inside you’ll just love the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living has a cozy gas fireplace for those cold winter days and a 42” flat screen TV with Direct TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and just off the kitchen is the dining area for seating up to 6. There is also a full bathroom just off the living room. You’ll also LOVE spending time out on our covered porch with a porch swing and several rocking chairs.
The master bedroom is on the main level with a comfy king size bed, Satellite TV, walk in closet, and a private full bathroom. It’s your own private retreat! There is another private bedroom on the upper level with a queen size bed and Satellite TV. The sleeping loft has 2 twin size beds for extra sleeping as well.
As you travel downstairs, you’ll find our family/game room. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. You can watch Satellite TV and relax on our cozy leather couch or enjoy a friendly competitive game of Foosball. Plus there is an electric fireplace to keep everyone one warm while taking advantage of our game room. There is also a full size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping if necessary and a full bathroom.
NOTE: We do not endorse sleeper sofas or futons for any guests over 12 years of age due to comfort factors.
Just outside of the family room on the lower level, you’ll find our 4-5 person hot tub. Indulge yourself in our bubbly and soothing spa after a long day of hiking, shopping, canoeing, fishing, or biking. It’s a great way to relieve the stress of all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life! After all, you do deserve it!!!!
Take a nice short stroll down to the common area near the entrance of the community and enjoy the access to the river. From here, you can take advantage of everything the river has to offer…..fishing, swimming, canoeing, or tubing. You can even take a picnic lunch and a blanket to the common area and enjoy yourself by relaxing and feeding the ducks. All of this could be yours! This area is laid back, the local folks are friendly, and our area is majestic.
2 night minimum for off peak seasons
3 night minimum for holidays and the entire month of October
4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday
7 night minimum for the July 4th and Christmas/New Year holidays
Check in time is 4:00 pm or after and check out time is 11:00 am.
As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive/AWD, good tires and chains may be necessary. It is YOUR responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO REFUNDS, allowances or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
