Grosvenor in Cairns Holiday Apartments offer superior one and two bedroom, fully self contained apartments in an ideal central location just outside the Cairns CBD. Studio Apartments (no cooking facilities) are also available for shorter stays. An ideal base for your holiday in tropical far north Queensland.   

All apartments are - spacious, clean, comfortable and fully air-conditioned. All tours and activities can be booked from our tour desk and all tour operators pick up and drop off at our reception area.   A solar heated outdoor pool/spa & undercover BBQ/meals area complete the picture.  

Within 200 metres you will find an Indian restaurant, a liquor shop, a 24 hour convenience shop, a range of food/meal outlets including fish & chips, pizza, BBQ chicken and Asian noodle, a supermarket open to 11pm., a bakery plus the famous Cock & Bull English style pub.

These 4 Star Rated 2 Bedroom, fully self contained apartments are well appointed, large, very clean and ultra comfortable.   The master bedroom has a Queen bed & the 2nd bedroom has either a Queen or 2 Single beds.  The apartments are designed to accommodate up to 4 guests but can cater for up to 6. 

The apartments have a fully tiled very large Living room which contains a 5 seat lounge+chase plus a dining table, a full Kitchen with hot plates, microwave, dishwasher plus a clothes washer/dryer.  There are 2 bathrooms (one bathroom has a shower and bath and the other bathroom has a walk-in shower), 2 x Televisions, 10 FREE Foxtel (Cable) TV channels plus all the free to air digital channels, plus a DVD/CD Micro Sound system.   The Master Bedroom has a private ensuite (includes a bath and a shower), TV with FREE cable TV, Dining table for 2, tea/coffee making facilities and separate temperature control air-conditioning.  Wireless Internet access is available in all apartments

Cancellation/No Show Policy: Booking payments/deposit, less a $50 admin fee, are fully refundable for bookings cancelled 8 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  For bookings cancelled within 8 days of the arrival date during the period 1st November to the 30th of June each year  up to 2 night’s accommodation will be charged.  All bookings cancelled within 8 days of the scheduled arrival date during the period from the 1st of July to the 31st of October each year (Peak Season) - there are no refunds and the full booking amount will be charged.   No Show – 100% of the total booking will be charged to your supplied credit card.    NO REFUNDS FOR ANY EARLY DEPARTURES.

Great Place, Wonderful Location and Great Hosts

The title says it all - Grosvenor is a great place at.a lovely location and the stay was made memorable by Anne and Brian Sweetman While this was not situated at the Esplanade or the city centre it was just 15 minutes away from both. Car rentals, supermarkets and restaurants nearby made it a memorable experience Brian and Anne made lovely arrangements for our visit to the Great Barrier .reef and on the Kuranda Scenic Railway Room Tip: We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and that was really large and spacious

Great Place, friendly helpful staff

Hi Brian, we made it home okay! Thanks for the advise on tours and 'family' things to do.your knowledge ensured we selected the right options.we all had a great time and your accommodation played a big part in this from the large spacious rooms ,to the balcony overlooking the pool .the boys looked forward to their daily (or more) swim and the short walk to 'muddies' ,being close to excellent restaurants,bars ,superettes and a bottle store is also a bonus.We would recommend you to anyone.The kids say 'hi' to Jazz Room Tip: We booked a 2 bedroom ,which was a 1 bedroom and a studio with the dividing door between them opened...
