    Cancellation Policy

    Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. If payment was paid via credit card, payment will be refunded minus the processing fee.

    Very nice place and accommodations. Protected harbor was excellent. Being the last house was great since we had a private yard with fire pit. East to get to. No issues.

    We were very pleased with the home we rented. The accommodations were beyond our expectations! It was very spacious and clean. We had everything needed especially with 4 children under the age of 4.
