Excellent location with all paved easy access within minutes to downtown Boone and ASU. From the deck and home, you can see the campus of ASU, The Rock football stadium, Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, and Appalachian Ski Mountain. These views are unbeatable!
MAIN FLOOR: The galley kitchen boasts a side by side fridge with in door ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, 2 sinks, and another separate icemaker. The dining room can seat up to 8 people with views. You'll also enjoy sitting in the sunroom with VIEWS to enjoy with additional table for dining. The spacious living room has a reclining couch, reclining love seat, and a rocker/recliner, flat screen cable Smart TV, gas fireplace, and views from all of the windows!
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with a flat screen TV and 2 (two) master bathrooms - his & hers. One of the master bathrooms has a walk in shower, toilet, and sink and the other bathroom has a whirlpool tub (no shower), toilet and another sink with a makeup counter. PLEASE NOTE: 2 of the 3 bathrooms are located in the master bedroom. They are totally separate from each other, but you have to access the master bedroom to get to these 2 bathrooms.
There are 2 additional bedrooms on the main floor with king size beds and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hallway.
The amazing hot tub is located on a covered screened in porch with a ceiling fan. So you will be able to enjoy the 6 person hot tub year round, rain or shine!
LOWER LEVEL: The lower level has the pool table and game table with board games. Plus, there is a cozy gas fireplace and a flat screen cable TV with a DVD player. This area is great for everyone to relax and get away from it all. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level which has 2 twin size beds.
OUTSIDE: Gather around the gas fire pit and enjoy the views on the NEW deck. Don't forget about our GAS grill for grilling! Life really doesn't get any better than this!

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow, and some foggy days with occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains. It is YOUR responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
