We are a family friendly property located on 5 fenced acres just minutes away from area attractions. Come enjoy our oasis in the country! This property is a beautiful custom home boasting a detached 3 car garage and covered parking for an RV/Boat is available. You can relax in the swing on our wrap-around front porch with a glass of iced tea and enjoy the sounds of nature! The kids will thoroughly enjoy the backyard which features a sandbox, playhouse, trampoline with enclosure, and John Deere riding toys. The adults can relax on the deck with a gas grill or near the stone fire pit.
The Sterling House evokes the feel of a rustic country cabin with cozy, comfortable furnishings. The first floor features hardwood flooring throughout. A large wood-burning stone fireplace anchors the family room which is open to the custom kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end cookware and all the utensils you could possibly need. Breakfast items will be available in the kitchen, or you may prepare your own country breakfast at your leisure! The kitchen also has a beverage station with gourmet coffees and cocoas with a Bunn Coffee maker, and an iced tea maker. A fully functional home office with desktop computer is available for use during your stay. In the mudroom, you will find a new LG Washer and Dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided).
The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor for privacy. The new king bed features luxurious linens. For those who must work during their stay, a beautiful antique desk and a reading area offer a place of solace in the master suite. A large bathroom with a glass shower and garden tub with plush towels make your stay very comfortable!
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms will welcome weary travelers. The Princess in Paris suite features the two loves of any girl Shoes and Paris! An antique dressing table and full bed with a pillowy down comforter make this room a welcome retreat! The Wild West suite is furnished with two twin beds and luxury linens as well. All bedrooms have a full length mirror and are decorated for the season. All beds feature hypoallergenic mattress pads and pillow covers. Nestled between the two bedrooms, you will find a reading area and desk as well as a loft. There is a TV/VCR/DVD Combination unit in the loft with a sleeper sofa. This will sleep 2 more people. If additional accommodations are needed, an air mattress may be used in the family room.
