Villa San Gio is found to Collevecchio, in the Sabina Tiberina, among Florence, Assisi, Viterbo and attainable Rome in 45 minutes. CALICANTO: Located at ground-floor it consist of lounge with a small kitchen, a double room and a comfortable bathroom. The apartment has been realized, to allow the use the disabled persons.
PEONIA: Located on the first floor too, one can enter going up the steps of one beautiful staircase.
The apartment consist of a large lounge with wood ceilings and a chimney, small kitchen and two bedrooms: one with a king size bed and inward services, an adjoining room with double twin size bed with balcony and services.
MIMOSA: Located on the first floor, this apartment is "for two" only. It consist of a dinette with a small kitchen, bedroom with a king size bed and inward services.
BAMBOO: Located under the same "portico" of "Mandarancio" consist of a lounge with small kitchen, double room and services.
LIMONAIA: Apartment near the pool, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and private garden overlooking the valley, antique furniture and air conditioning.
