Carmen & I are local year round residents of Daytona Beach. Dennis has lived in Daytona since the mid 1970's and Carmen moved to this area in the mid 90's. We've lived on the beach at The Grand Coquina since 1997. We love to travel but we ALWAYS enjoy coming home to the beach.
