Cancellation Policy
100% refund (minus $500 partner fee) if you cancel at least 60 days prior to check-in.
50% refund (minus US$500 partner fee and Vrbo Brasil service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in.
Reservation is non-refundable if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Additional damages and expenses
You will be responsible for any damage caused by you or your companions during your stay.

Owner websiteMy wife and I have one son and one daughter. Our favorite family activities are boating and quick trips to Disney. We have lived in Jupiter since 2015 and after becoming completely enchanted with the area. There are endless things to do here for people of all interests and age groups.

Excellent overall. Clean, well kept, many amenities. Exactly as advertised. The host was friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and stocked with linens, snacks, etc. The complex was quiet and had good security as well. Beach was a very short walk.
Great location. It’s a gated community so you have to get a pass the first time you enter. Dedicated parking space. Clean and functional. Owner has a variety of beverages in the fridge if you get in late and can’t run out for libations. Big comfy couch and TV. Minutes from the beach and restaurants with a Publix supermarket just around the corner. Five minutes from a great breakfast at Lazy Loggerhead Cafe and greet dinner at Food Shack next to the Publix. If you didn’t pack enough beach gear, a great surf/outdoor store also next to Publix. Jason the owner responded to my texts almost immediately.
From the initial communication to the time we left everything was amazing and accurate. Jason is on top of everything and is exceptional at communicating. I would definitely book again!! He actually thinks of everything -

Jason was an awesome host. He was always available to help us find restaurants and activities during our stay that the teen girls loved. The unit is stocked with everything you need. It was just a short walk to the beach. Great trip
Great property. Well stocked kitchen. Great trail right behind condo to run or walk. Close to beach and shopping. Very comfortable beds. We loved it!
