The apartment was very homey, it still needs some upgrades, nothing is a big deal since the location and the views are prefect. It was very easy to communicate with Frank, he was very helpful. Hope to come back.
Excellent location, walk out the door on to the beach. Clean with plenty of space. It is a little older but still well maintained. Has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The balcony gives a perfect view of the beach and sunsets. Overall great place to stay to visit the beach/area.
House is situated on a nice part of AMI. Lovely views. A great time has by all.
Our second year here. Great location, cozy cottage feel steps away from the sand. Updatss could be done, but the location is priceless. Owner, Frank, is great to work with. We will be back.
The property was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. Walked from our porch directly onto the beautiful AMI beach! Had everything we needed. Great to be able to have cocktails on our porch and watch our kids play in the private beach area below us! We will be back!
