You can’t get a more perfect location. Steps away from the beach, walking distance to some great restaurants. Perfect size condo for 2 of us. Air conditioner and dehumidifier worked great. Appliances were all updated. Plenty of towels. Easy access with new keyless entry. We took advantage of the abandoned beach chairs, they were ok, a bit small and uncomfortable but you can’t complain about free.
Our stay was comfortable and clean. We just wanted to be at the beach and I loved it bc we could hang out at the beach then pop back to the unit to cool off or grab a snack. We love AMI. I was a little worried from some comments, but was pleasently suprised when we walked in, clean & updated, and I am pretty picky when it comes to hotels and rentals. My husband is 6'3" and had no problem with the low ceilings in unit 1. My one negative was the pool. I am not sure if it is just the color it is painted or if it was dirty, but I didnt feel good about going in, so we didnt. My daughter was disappointed. But hey! we were at the beach!
The stay here was excellent. A lot of little touches made the place perfect. Really appreciated the dehumidifier in the apartment. Only had to empty it each morning and it made the inside a great sanctuary to the humidity outside. It is very quant, and we liked the fact that there were not a lot of people on the beach. Walking distance to Circle K for sundries. Frank was very accommodating and was very easy to get a hold of, although we didn’t have any issues to call him about other than the first contact to check in. Definitely would come back for another stay!
The location could not be any better! The unit was clean, air conditioner worked perfectly, all appliances were updated and work perfectly in the bathroom was nice. If you stay here I would recommend a golf court or car. There is a convenient store a short walk away. There is free transportation, however, later in the evening the weight I can get a little long. We will definitely stay again!
Perfect stay for a couple or couple with little ones. Beautiful views and great property manager!
