$200 Deposit required at time of reservation. $500 deposit for Christmas and New Years Holiday bookings. One-time $135 Cleaning/Reservation Fee added to reservation balance for Maalaea units.
Occupancy limit is 4 people for 1 bedroom units and 6 people for 2 bedroom units. This is a Hawaii State law. No pets allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: $85 cancellation fee if canceled more than 60 days before arrival. The balance of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 60 days (Value Season) or 75 days (Peak Season) of arrival, the cancellation policy forfeits the $200 deposit. Less than 30 days before arrival (Value Season) or 45 days (Peak Season), the entire rent is forfeited, unless we can re-rent the unit. We recommend trip insurance for these cases. |
