Owner websiteCarmen & I are local year round residents of Daytona Beach. Dennis has lived in Daytona since the mid 1970's and Carmen moved to this area in the mid 90's. We've lived on the beach at The Grand Coquina since 1997. We love to travel but we ALWAYS enjoy coming home to the beach.
We had such a wonderful stay. This condo was perfect. It was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The view was spectacular. Dennis and Carmen were great. They were accommodating and easy to get into contact with. We were so pleased and we were not ready to come home.
I cannot say enough great things about this property and the management team of Dennis and Carmen! The condo is so spacious and beautifully decorated, the views are breathtaking and the patio was fantastic. Both Dennis and Carmen went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating for our family vacation. From the moment we checked in until the minute we left, it was a wonderful trip. We will be back!!
