The Summer View Two-bedroom condo is a tastefully furnished vacation rental that maximizes sleeping capacity. The spacious living room has a queen-size sofa-bed; a dining area with 4-seat round dining table; a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 3-seat bar-counter and a laundry (washer/dryer) in the unit. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two double (full-size) beds, built-in closets, and a second full bathroom.
There is also a spacious half-circular balcony stretching across the living room and the master bedroom with spectacular ocean views. This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock safe, cable TV, three high-definition flatscreen TV’s (in the living room and each bedroom), free broadband wired and wireless internet are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Arashi building of the Oceania complex, on the second floor.
The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, a gym, a sauna, a business center, a kids playroom and two tennis courts. Wonderful landscaping of the premises. The Eagle Beach is just a few steps outside the premises; a white-sandy, 50-yard wide, amazingly un-crowded beach with sparkling clean ocean water. Please note that this condo will be fully upgraded and redecorated with new furnishings and paintings in July 2018. Upgrades will include fresh paint throughout, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom will replace full-size beds, new pull out couch in the living room with a tempurpedic mattress, larger dining table that seats 6, and so much more.
