The Pearl Penthouse Two-bedroom condo is, currently, the only vacation rental penthouse condo at the gated and upscale residential community of Gold Coast Aruba. The private rooftop is completed with a Jacuzzi and a 4-seat outdoor dining table to enjoy some Aruban tangerine sunsets! This penthouse condo has an open plan living area with a fully equipped open kitchen with 2-bar seats; a 6-seat dining table; a TV area with sofa-bed and chair; and access to the balcony and rooftop.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, HDTV, walk-in closet, access to a balcony and en-suite master bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and built-in closet. Second bathroom with also a shower.
Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living area, ample parking space just outside, hot water, free wireless internet, two flat-screen TV’s (in the living room and in master bedroom), in-room washer/dryer facilities are all available for your extra comfort. This condo offers you a living area of 1240 sq.ft plus 485 sq.ft. of rooftop (=total 1725 sq.ft.). Just a stone’s throw away from the Palm Aruba Condos you can find a variety of eating places – from breakfast to dinner -, a gas station, several convenient stores, a local bank and the famed Island Yoga – a yoga sanctuary in Aruba -. On the premises of the resort there is an Italian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well.
