When I accept your reservation, I will send you a rental agreement by e-mail and expect it to be signed and returned by e-mail or USPS. All instructions and information regarding keys, parking permit etc., is in the agreement. Of course, I am available to you by phone or e-mail if you have any questions. Any cancellation made by you between 89 and 31 days prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 per week charge. Any cancellation made by you within 30 days of your arrival is not refundable. 6th and 7th persons incur an additional fee of $100.00 each. 5th bed is a queen sofa sleeper. |

Location and location. That’s what it’s all about.
This condo is amazing. The location is absolutely perfect. Easy access to beach and pool. Rooms are large and spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. Even on Memorial Day weekend the pool was not very crowded. Beautiful views. I had no complaints. My only suggestion would possibly be to upgrade the linens for the bedding but it was nice they were provided. The beds were soft and comfy as well as living room furniture. We would stay here every time we visit Indian shores! You will not be disappointed.
We totally enjoyed our stay at Beach Palms. The access to the beach was wonderful. The beach was clean and quiet. Rode the Trolley to Clearwater Beach one day and spent time on St Johns Pass. Very relaxing. Condo had all the amenities we wanted and more.
Very clean when we checked in. Great access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils if you wanted to cook. Would definitely stay at this condo again.
Great location, steps from sand, nice condo. We had a great time!
