CALICHI AT PICTURE POINT - THE TOWER VILLA The crown jewel of Calichi, The Tower Villa boosts the most spacious living area of any of the villas. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances including electric cooktop and oven, French door fridge with deep drawer freezer, as well as dishwasher for quick clean ups. The deep sink has a garbage disposal. Coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, microwave, toaster, juicer and other miscellaneous small kitchen appliances allow you to have all the conveniences of home. A comfortable sectional sofa and coffee table highlight the living room as well as a smart TV that can allow you to Netflix binge after a day at the beach. All televisions have access to Dish TV. The living area is rounded out with a dining room table for four to host gourmet meals or card games, visit our office for a selection of games. Through the living areas floor to ceiling windows, you will find a large balcony with stunning views of Coral Bay and the rest of the East End of St. John, as well as the British Virgin Islands and the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Outdoor living room and dining area make it possible to spend each waking hour outdoors, comfortably. Back inside each end of the living area is flanked with bedrooms, each bedroom has a smart TV, king sized bed, closet and full bathroom with shower. The bathroom has recessed lighting for that late-night bathroom run without waking the whole house with bright lights as well as a beautiful tile and glass shower stall. Every indoor space has central air and fans for your comfort. Additionally, each house has a washer and dryer. Outside the front door is an outdoor shower, grill for your fresh catch and chairs and cooler(cold beers not included) to make your beach trip as easy as possible. Up the stairs is a rooftop deck with outdoor seating set around a fire table. The floating egg chair is the best seat in the house allowing you to rotate and see 360 views of the island. Up one more flight of stairs is an observation deck with flag pole. Night or day the rooftop of the Tower Villa provides amazing views of both sea and sky.

Calichi at Picture Point is an eco-friendly private enclave of six private luxury villas located high on Bordeaux Mountain on the island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The villas share a massive pool complex which includes a 65' lap pool and infinity edge pool, custom built soaking spa and putting green.

Tower Villa at Calichi is absolutely idyllic. Don’t miss out on staying there! The views are the best on the island, and Tom couldn’t have been a better host. We arrived around 7pm, and Tom met us at the grocery store to lead us up to the villa. Knowing we would probably be too tired to cook, he included all of the basics in the fridge, along with cheese and charcuterie to snack on that evening. He also provided recommendations for restaurants in nearby Coral Bay, along with a map to show us how to get to the best beaches. I’ll admit, I was nervous to book because there weren’t any reviews - that’s because this villa is brand new. The entire premises is gorgeous - Tom and his wife designed everything to a T, with a sleek, modern feel and floor to ceiling windows to maximize the view. The amenities are state of the art. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and each bedroom, with Dish network and Hulu, Netflix, etc. Not that you’ll want to be watching TV - this place is about a 15-minute drive to the string of north shore beaches that St. John is known for. The villa is equipped with a small ice chest, easy-carry beach chairs, and stay-cold water bottles. There is an infinity lap pool right near the Villa, and a hot tub, as well, both overlooking Coral Bay. One note - definitely get 4-wheel-drive car! The hills are steep to get to Picture Point, but the view is worth it once you’re there.
