Cancellation policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Have been hosting guests in High Point for over 30 years.
The Violet House was perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the birds while having our morning coffee. And the cottage was packed with items and antiques from a by gone era. Brought back many pleasant memories looking at them. I highly recommend a stay at the Violet House.
The Violet House is truly a vintage cottage tastefully decorated with unique antiques. It was a great place to stay for two weeks while visiting relatives a few minutes away. The outside door skeleton locks were replaced with dead bolts. The kitchen had lots of counter space, supplies and two bar stools with backs. The adjoining dining room was lovely and we entertained there. We especially enjoyed the newly decorated family room along with the lifelike elf clown who reclined in a rocking chair. And the beds were comfortable. Since we love horses, this review would not be complete without mentioning the standing wooden horse and colt in a corner of the living room.
We loved the house. It was clean and comfortable with lots of sitting places to read. (We are avid readers.) The house has skeleton key locks for the outer doors which was a down side but other than that the stay was lovely.
This house was perfect for me. I needed a place for family to stay during thanksgiving holiday since my place is not big enough for the whole family. The house was perfect for my family and they loved staying there. They commented that the beds were so comfortable they had the best night sleep they had in a long time. Overall perfect.
