Charming Studio, 1 Bath cottage with wood stove located one lot and across the street from the river - with fishing & swimming hole immediately accessible. The bathroom has a shower, but no tub; the kitchen is fully functional with table for two, but has no diswasher. The living room doubles as the bedroom with the couch folding out to a double The owners have decorated with a flair for a country/woodsy atmosphere and it is surrounded by a wood deck. The outside area is wooded with a picnic table & charcoal barbeque.
This unit can be rented with Cottage number 4 (attached) to create a larger 2 bedroom unit. Call to inquire.
