One bedroom has a King Bed the other has a Queen Bed. There is a bathroom with tub/shower between them. It has a large Living room and Kitchen. The second bathroom has a shower and is accessible from the outside porch and back hall. Upstairs is one large attic room with three dormers. It is also carpeted. It has an Air Conditioner and a Monitor Heater. The kitchen is equipped for twelve people.

 

River house is a historic building on the river. If you know about these things, you might recognize it as a house that was purchased out of a catalog and built in 1923. The back yard with a BBQ, Table and Chairs, and Firepit, ends at a wall that drops down to the riverbank. The owners have maintained the downstairs interior in its original style which means linoleum floors and pressed paper walls. The upstairs is modernized and the whole house was rewired etc. to bring it up to building code standards. The owner is a noted landscape architect and rare plant collector. The yard is fascinating to see. This house is great for families and other groups.
