made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.

Numbers 508994 for the Garden Cottage which has the most reviews and 508989 for the Patio Cottage. *Helpful booking tips:For ACCURATE PRICING, you must enter arrival and departure dates for VRBO to check availability and calculate pricing. Some seasons cost more per day and require a minimum of 4 or 7 nights. Minimum 4-7 days does not mean you can book 4-7 nights, it means you must book 4 or more consecutive nights OR 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Dates that do not comply with the parameters display a message of "does not meet minimum stay requirements". Winter season bookings are always 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday from December 15th to the last Saturday in April since 2005.

The cottage is clean, bright, and very comfortable. The garden and sitting areas are beachside perfection, quiet and private. Myrtle is a fantastic Hostess! And there are fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back!!
This is a small piece of paradise. Myrtle is a wonderful host and the cabin was very clean and exactly as described. Sandy Shores exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to our next visit.
Stayed 6 nights with our 2 kids and it was amazing! Literately on the beach! Walking distance from many great restaurants and even a CVS. Was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Just needed some groceries and we were good to go. Would defiantly go back, if you are looking and want something that feels like home and is on the beach this is a MUST!!!!
My wife and I spent June 7th through 13th at this perfectly enchanting, conveniently located property on Indian Rocks Beach. Beautifully landscape gardens surround the 3 very cozy cottages. We were in the Gulf Cottage with windows looking out over a large common area, shaded by huge Australian pine trees and facing the Dunes and Beach just steps away! Myrtle is a wonderful host and has created a magical tropical paradise where you can easily forget your worries if only for a few days. Be sure to experience the lighted garden areas at night too!! In the front of the property you have many excellent restaurants, bars and shops and in the back you have the Gulf and those beautiful Indian Rocks Beach Sunsets!!!! We are already planning a return trip later this year.
We stayed ten nights at Sandy Shores in Indian Rocks Beach. We enjoyed thoroughly each day of our stay. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Our view to the Gulf was clear and our walk to the beach was measured in seconds. Our unit had all the cooking materials we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Common areas were pleasant and quiet. The location is close to everything IRB. Myrtle is a wonderful host ... she introduced us to the cottage, showed us around the grounds, and made us feel at home. We highly recommend both Myrtle and her property.
I was looking for a peaceful place on the beach and that is exactly what I found in the Gulf cottage. My stay was for a week and it was wonderful! I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended for an additional five nights (and moved to Cottage #2) which is also very nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this property. All in all, a great first-time vacation in Indian Rocks Beach for 12 nights. Greg Dickerson, Atlanta, GA, USA
