Our "Texas Ranch" themed park is located 20 minutes north of Dallas on I-35 and 30 minutes northeast of Ft. Worth, approximately 30 minutes north of Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport. We're easy to find and we're easy on the budget too!

Our resort has 184 spacious sites with full hook-ups and 20/30/50-amp power, all nestled in our lushly wooded park surrounded by large shade trees. Surrounded by lovely flowers, our pool and spa is perfect for recreation or relaxation. Propane, laundry facilities, a Completely renovated Recreation Hall and remodeled Convenience Center ; even an RV, truck and car wash, are part of our terrific resort.
