We have always loved the beach so we purchased this ocean view condo so we would have be able to use it for get aways and rent it out to help recoup some of our money. We grew up in Kentucky, as we got older we became tired of the cold winters and decided to retire in Florida Why this property? We like the amenities! Being close to the beach. The management is great. We’ve always loved Daytona Beach.
